Our Returns Policy

You will be pleased to know that we have a really simple returns policy that you can use in the unlikely event that something goes wrong. You have a full 60 days to make sure you are delighted with your purchase.

If you do want to return an item to us for any reason, then you can submit a returns request online. You can do this by clicking the “My Account” link which can be found at the top of every page and then login to your account. If you do not have an account or checked out as a guest then simply click on the “Create an Account” link and use the email address you used to place your order.

Once you are logged in to your account, click on “Completed Orders” and then “RETURN ITEM(S)” next to the order containing the item you want to return. You can check if this is the right order by first clicking on “VIEW ORDER DETAILS”.

Once you have clicked on the “RETURN ITEM(S)” button, simply fill out the form stating the reason for return and any comments you have and we will process your return as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placement for any reason. Please contact us and we can arrange a refund or issue a store credit.


What if my goods are damaged when they arrive?

Whilst we make every effort to pack your goods safely, sometimes items can be damaged in transit. If this is the case, then please submit a return by following the simple steps above and we can arrange a replacement to be sent to you.


How long will it take to process my return?

We will process your return as quickly as possible but please allow up to 30 working days for us to complete your return.

This allows for the time taken for us to receive your goods (up to 10 business days), processing time (3-5 business days) and the time it takes to refund your payment to your credit or debit card (up to 10 business days, although this may take longer, depending on the way your bank handles refunds). If you prefer however, we can also offer you a store credit or a refund to your PayPal account, which we can issue immediately once your return is processed to speed things up.

Do I have to pay for return postage?

No. We pay for the return postage, even if you change your mind and want to cancel your order.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail® using your chosen delivery method.

Please see the guide below for estimated delivery times. Please note that although you will normally receive your order sooner, we cannot guarantee these timeframes.



1st Class – 1-2 working days.

2nd Class – 2-3 working days.

Special Delivery – Next working day.

Standard Parcels (for heavier items) – 3-5 working days.


AirMail – 5-7 working days.


US & Canada

AirMail – 7-10 working days.


Rest of the World

AirMail – 7-14 working days.

Ordering from the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey)?

If you are ordering from the Channel Islands, we do not add VAT to your order as the supply of products to Jersey and Guernsey from the mainland UK is zero rated and tax exempt. However, although technically part of the UK, your order will be sent via Royal Mail International AirMail and not by Royal Mail standard mainland services.

Last posting dates before Christmas.

We know how busy the run up to Christmas can be – that’s why we aim to dispatch all orders on the same day (if you place your order before 12 noon) during this period to make sure you receive your order in time for the big day. Please see our Last Christmas Posting Dates for more information. If you require a guaranteed delivery date in the UK, then please select Special Delivery(TM) at checkout for a Next Day service before 9am or before 1pm. Signature required.

Although we will dispatch your items usually on the same day, we cannot guarantee delivery the closer you are to the last posting dates near Christmas, so make sure you allow enough time!

If you are ordering internationally and require a faster service than standard AirMail, please contact us and we will be happy to quote on an expedited delivery method of your choice to make sure you get your order in time.

My item has not arrived, what happens next?

Whilst the vast majority of items arrive on time and within the delivery estimates, sometimes your items may be delayed for a number of reasons outside our control.

If you still have not received your item with 14 days for international orders (7 days for UK and EU orders) then please contact us and we will look into this for you and offer a replacement if your order has got lost.
