Hi there,
Light coloured leaves are usually a sign that the plant is still in seedling stage, which can last for different lengths of time depending on the type of pepper plant. This light colour is often due to the lack of dark chlorophyll production, and is normal during early stages of plant development. Sometimes a lack of sunlight or short lengths of sunlight exposure can draw out this process to longer than it needs to be. Also, it may be beneficial to start feeding the plant. Hopefully this will help, but if you have any pictures, you can send them to: mail at chilli-willy.com, leaving out the spaces and including the @ sign instead. Regards, Chilli-Willy Team.
