weight loss exercise tips

Wow, the exercise forum is a bit empty! Come on guys, need to work out as well to get some good results...

Anyway, heres a few exercise tips I recommend:

1) Not really an exercise tip, but eat less but more often, really revs up your fat burning.
2) Exercise every day even if it's lower intensity to help increase metabolism.
3) Do a weights program aswell as more muscle burns more fat!

Slimmer of the year anyone?!
