The peppers are known by few names, including Chilly Willy, (not to be confused with Chilly Willy the Penguin), Chilli Willies and Peter Peppers (scientific name: Capsicum annuum var. annuum) or Penis Peppers because they grow into willy shaped chillies basically!
The pepper itself is a very rare plant species, which was originally native to the american states of Texas and Louisiana and only really found in the private collections of very few gardeners.
